Radiology Consultants, P.C. (RCPC) is an independent, physician‑owned private practice of over 20 radiologists. We are seeking new partner radiologists to support our growth. New radiologists start with the same compensation and vacation as current shareholders, and the path to full shareholder status is one year, with essentially no buy‑in. RCPC maintains a culture focusing on fairness and balance. All partners share shifts, workload, and call equitably. The practice is lifestyle‑oriented, with manageable weekday workloads, infrequent weekend coverage, and generous vacation. Hospital provided home workstations result in a growing hybrid model with some work from home shifts.

Breast Imager — partnership track or a non-partnership track position with no call, no weekends, and only breast imaging

RCPC is always looking for new productive radiologists to join our team. Radiologists with other fellowship training or no fellowship training are also encouraged to apply.
